Primary Futures was developed with the National Association of Head Teachers and works through Every day we work with schools to put on events with local volunteers – get in touch by 1 May and we can help you plan an event at your school.

Primary Futures allows schools anywhere in the country to find brilliant volunteers willing and able to talk to children about the jobs they do. We now have more than 20,000 people available, nationwide. They come from all walks of life and help bring learning to life, broaden and raise aspirations and challenge gender stereotypes by speaking about the work they do.

Around the country primary schools are inviting in volunteers to illustrate how they use English, maths, sciences, modern foreign languages and other subjects at work, to help children raise their own aspirations and see future possibilities they had perhaps never even thought of!

As with all Primary Futures activity our PF support is completely free.
