Primary Futures in Barnsley, York and County Durham

This has certainly been a busy week sharing Primary Futures with large numbers of school leaders at NAHT Conferences in York and Barnsley and a Schools North East ‘Future Ready’ event in Newton Aycliffe on Wednesday. We have had a really positive response from delegates as we have been able to share the potential of PF with examples of how our project can impact both on individual children but also on schools and localities. Of course as ever the success of any events or series of events lies with you in terms of the planning, organisation and communication with the volunteers. If you are having any challenges in these areas (or indeed others) please feel free to contact any of us through the Useful Contacts link on the blog home page or via the website there’s always one of the team who will be delighted to support you.

Our new website continues to see new developments as we add additonal features. In the near future we will be launching a simple feedback section so we can gather information about your Primary Futures activities in terms of what went well, what you might look to change next time etc. We hope to get a good response from the 1700 primary schools who have already joined us and those who are about to embark on their PF journey!
